We are seeking an inspirational and impactful Teaching Assistant to provide a 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special educational needs, including those with EHCPs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an excellent track record and experience of working with children from 4-11 years of age. Strong organisation skills, effective communication, emotional intelligence, a positive outlook and a proactive and creative approach to problem solving is critical.
This is a one-year fixed-term, term-time-only role (9:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday), with the possibility of a job share for a minimum of two days per week.
