I’m Giovanni, a fourth-generation baker from Naples, Italy, where baking is more than a craft – it’s a family tradition.

After graduating at 18 from a cookery academy, I worked full-time in my family’s bakery until I was 22, refining my skills and deepening my passion for artisan baking. I then began travelling the world, baking along the way and expanding my knowledge through different cultures and techniques.

For almost 10 years now, I’ve been based in the UK, working with independent bakeries across Essex and Suffolk. Today, I run a range of hands-on baking workshops suitable for all abilities across Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, and London. My workshops focus on authentic techniques, quality ingredients, and sharing the joy of traditional baking in a relaxed, friendly environment.

In this 3 hours class, I will help elevate your baking game and unleash your creativity. You’ll learn how to decorate your focaccia with your own unique designs, using a variety of tasty ingredients to make your focaccia stand out from the rest.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make fresh and flavourful focaccia from scratch, from mixing the dough to baking the perfect loaf.
I will teach you how to take your focaccia to the next level by adding your own creative touches. With a variety of tasty ingredients at your fingertips, you’ll learn how to decorate your focaccia in unique and eye-catching ways that will impress your family and friends.
