Receptionist/ Attendance Co-ordinator (Part Time)
Part Time, 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Wednesday, Term Time Only
The post holder is responsible for answering all calls, welcoming visitors and providing administration reports to the Academic and support staff of the College and the co-ordination of students’ attendance. You will assist with administrative and tasks such as the despatch of reports, circulars, and letters to current & prospective parents. You will work closely with the Head of Years and SLT on reporting any issues serious concerns regarding student attendance and non-compliance.
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance and Head of Prep School. You will work with minimal supervision and be an excellent communicator with proven relationship building qualities, have the ability to prioritise and plan a busy workload, able to work well under pressure with an ability to inspire confidence and respect from a wide range of stakeholders.
